ICT in FP7: €9bn to boost European Information and Communication Technologies (2015-2020) End-to-end systems for Socio-economic goals Digital Libraries and Content Sustainable Personalized Healthcare Mobility Environment Energy Independent living, Inclusion & Participatory Governance ETP & JTIs Network and service infrastructures AAL: Ambient Assisted Living Cognitive systems, robotics and interaction Future and Emerging Technologies Technology roadblocks Components, subsystems and embedded systems ENIAC: Nanoeletronics (JTI) ARTEMIS: Embedded systems (JTI)
Hvorfor deltar Norge i ARTEMIS / ENIAC ?
Maintain and consolidate European world leadership in embedded computing technologies which are crucial for the competitiveness of many important sectors of EU industry (e.g. energy, security, safety, health environment and well-being) Example: By 2010, electronics & software in cars will account for up to 40% of their value
