Quick Updates • Manage IT Upgrade • Original consulting dollars re-allocated to other AAIT initiatives • Tentative go-live delayed until 2/5/2007 • Great input received at last TechTalk • Next TechTalk 12/15 @ 2:00pm NDB 225 Kennesaw (Categorization & Groups) • Training sessions early/mid January • Web Hosting • Hardware decision made! • Presenting Level 1 to Governance 11/28 • Upgrade portion included in general equipment refresh • Tentative go-live February ’07 (pending Governance approval and refresh funding approval)

Software Purchasing • TRC is the Emory strategic software vendor • Can purchase any software listed on the TRC website • Use all resources available to you: • Software Express • Software Distribution • TRC • Emory Bookstore • Still working through authentication issues • Capability incorporated into larger SciQuest implementation – increased scope causing delay • Other impact – acquisition by CDW and personnel changes at TRC
