Connect the top and bottom of that edge to a left point on the horizon line. x
Connect the top and bottom of that edge to a right point on the horizon line. x x
Draw the back edges of the ziggurat in between the vanishing lines. x x
Connect the top of those back lines to the oopposite vanishing point. x x
The second level begins the same way as the first. Pay attention to where you place your first edge. x x
Connect the top and bottom of that line to the same vanishing points. x x
Connect the tops of the back edge lines to opposite vanishing points. x x

From the left vanishing point draw two lines on either side of the center mark. x x
Draw the bottom, right edge of the ramp. Connect to the right vanishing point. x x
Draw the rise of the ramp. Connect the corner of the bottom edge to the top edge of the wall. Repeat the same angled line for the back edge of the ramp. x x
Repeat the same process for the third level. I am going to erase no so things do not get confusing. x x
