  3. For A Better Life Oh, do not pray for easy lives! Pray to be stronger Vessels! Do not pray for tasks equal to your powers; pray for powers equal to your tasks! Then the doing of your work shall be no miracle. But you shall be a miracle. Every day you shall wonder at yourself, at the richness of life which has come in you by the grace of God.

Be- cause of His great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing” God is almighty and all-powerful (Omnipotence); but even so, He cares for each of us personally. No per- son or thing can be compared to God

Know He Is Awesome!... a) Speak to God with the confidence of “His” power…2 Corin. 4:16b “Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet in- wardly we are being renewed day by day” Don’t let fatigue, pain or criticism force you off the job. Renew your commitment to serving Christ. Don’t forsake your eternal reward because of the intensity of today’s pain

Know He Is Awesome!... b) The results of Inner Being strength Gal. 5:16 “So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desire of the sinful nature” If you desire the “Fruits of the Spirit”, then you know the Holy Spirit is leading you 2 Tim. 1:7 “For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline” The power of the Holy Spirit can help us overcome our fear of what some might say or do to us, so that we can continue to do God’s work

Know He Is Awesome!... b) The results of Inner Being strength {as your spiritual strength increases,} {you will see a decrease in your} {frequency to sin} B. Second, we need spiritual stability(Eph. 3:17) “So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love” 1. Should Christ visit your heart; would He be comfortable (According to) Job 34:21 “His eyes are on the ways of men; He sees their every step” !!!Be sure what he sees is worth looking at!!!

Should Christ visit your heart; would He be comfortable a) I see what isn’t there…2 Corin. 5:7 “We live by faith, not by sight” Believing it to be so; even though the eyes do not see it remember this in your stability!!! plants without deep roots and buildings without good foundations do not endure

Third, we need spiritual savvy (Eph. 3:18,19) Eph. 3:18 “..may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ” An understanding that we cannot fathom how rich and how deep His love goes for us Jer. 31:3b(Put’s it this way)“The Lord appeared to us in the past, saying: ‘I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness’” God reaches towards His people with kind- ness motivated by deep and everlasting love. He is eager to do the best for them if they will only let Him

Knowing His fullness…Eph. 3:19 “…know this love that surpasses knowledge, so we may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God” a) What is the result of the full- ness…Colo. 2:9 “For in Christ all the fullness of the deity lives in bodily form” Christ was the embodiment of the father; in the flesh

Nothings To Hard…Matt. 19:26 “Jesus looked at them and said, ‘With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible’”

He does what He does only through believ- ers who faithfully serve Him So please take the handcuffs off our God
