Creative Christmas Crafts For Toddlers
Cute And Creative Christmas Crafts Christmas crafts for Toddlers are a great way to entertain toddlers and get them into the Christmas spirit whilst giving the little ones something fun to do indoors if the winter weather keeps you inside. Not to mention, Christmas crafts are a great way to make the kids feel involved and learn about giving, as crafts made by your little ones make a sweet and thoughtful present to family members and friends.
Handprint Christmas Trees We love handprint paint crafts, and so do the kids! These Christmas trees are no exception and make great personalised decorations. All you need is some green paint, paper, and some yellow and brown paper, pens or paint.
Lollipop Reindeer These little reindeer are easy to make and can be used as decorations for your tree, or as presents for family and friends for theirs! Get the kids to paint lollipop sticks brown, three for each reindeer you want to make. Glue the sticks into a triangle. Then, use some pipe cleaners to wrap around the wide end of the triangle and make antlers. Draw or paint on some eyes, or even stick on some googly ones!
Santa Beards This craft will keep the kids entertained even after they’ve finished making it! And the best part is all you need is some card, glue, and cotton wool. Draw a beard shape on the card, making sure there’s a hole for the mouth. Then cover the inside of the shape in glue, and stick on as much cotton wool as you want to fill the beard. Once it’s dry, cut the beard out.
Simple Christmas Wreath Making a Christmas wreath has never been easier! For this Christmas craft you’ll need a paper plate or card, paint, and lots of decorations. Take the paper plate or card and paint it green. Then, an adult can cut a circle out from the middle of the plate so it makes a wreath shape. Or if you’re using the card, cut that into the wreath. In fact, the wreath needn’t be green if you don’t want it to. You can make it any colour of the rainbow!
Cupcake case angels This little craft is fun to make, and can be used to decorate trees, hung from a ribbon to make a festive bunting or the front of cards for family members! All you need is some pens, card or paper, cupcake cases, and a pipe cleaner. You can use whatever size and colour cupcake cases you like, but make sure you have two of the same colour, and one in another colour or pattern. To make the idea easy to understand, we’ll use the example of two blue cases, and a yellow case.
