Strategic Direction • The CCSA standards development has been defined in three phases: • Phase 1: delivering multiple services provided by carriers at home • Phase 2: integrated services including telecommunication services and media share at home • Phase 3: integrated services including telecommunication services and electronics control

5. Challenges • Integrated services requires additional work in the development of standards
