A seating plan (get someone to check it!) • Test it out / tracing paper comes in useful • Or go for a more open version if less people • Name labels and clear set-up instructions of where to go before entering the room • Set the tone • Something to write on and with • A bell or whistle and clear rules • Flexible length • Ours was about 30 mins in total with 5 pairings • Format can be modified Logisitics
