  3. Blue label / highlighted sticker = SIT IN THE INNER CIRCLE – FIND YOUR SUBJECT SEAT • Black label sticker = SIT IN THE OUTER CIRCLE – FIND YOUR SUBJECT SEAT The Richards Hall

A seating plan (get someone to check it!) • Test it out / tracing paper comes in useful • Or go for a more open version if less people • Name labels and clear set-up instructions of where to go before entering the room • Set the tone • Something to write on and with • A bell or whistle and clear rules • Flexible length • Ours was about 30 mins in total with 5 pairings • Format can be modified Logisitics

Write down any ideas and subjects involved on the cards provided • The INNER CIRCLE move on one seat ANTI-CLOCKWISE each time the bell rings • The OUTER CIRCLE STAY ONTHE SAME SEAT AND WAITFOR YOUR NEW PARTNER The rules
