  4. A Command : GO ! • Go = Make a movement • Go = Move forward • Go = Arise and walk • Go # Stay

Why ? • A mission from the Master for all followers "Come, follow me," Jesus said, "and I will make you fishers of men.” Mat.4 : 19 • Many non-believers out there Jesus said: “I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.” John 10: 16

Spiritual chart • 1/3 of the whole population has been worshipping a False prophet since 1950s. • Worship continues despite the death of that man in 2002 • Traditional practices ( witchcraft or sorcellery) • Syncretism ( Blending of religion with ancestral beliefs) • Idol worship ( ponds, woods, fetish…) • Many churches ( Methodist, Catholics, Assemblies of God, Revival, Pentecost…) BUT Only • 1% of born-again Christian in 1998

  13. This manpretended to be a God- sent prophet: He has deceived the population for 65 years. He died in 2002. People still worshiphim

  14. His temple serves as a place of pilgrimage for his followers .

How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?  And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! Rom.10: 14,15

Young Christians in Mission to rescue Jacqueville for JESUS- ( a.k.a JEMJ) • Decided to stand up, to stand up , to work for the Lord who is coming SOON ! • Established in 2002 • Born-again Christians from all 3 ethnic groups of Jacqueville • Committed volunteers to bring the message of liberation to their inmates

Our Activities • Door- to- door evangelism • Open air evangelism • Seminars for church animators ( youth and adults) • Annual Bible Camp • (under the tents or in open air ! ) • Spiritual training for converts • Donations to converts victims of persecution • Caretaking of Christians in material need

  22. A mission within a people sometimes hostile to the Gospel!

  23. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come Mat.14:24

  25. Praying to the Lord

  26. Teaching the Scriptures

  27. Preaching the Gospel of Salvation! Ministering to them

  28. Praising the Lord together!

  29. …And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. Acts 2: 47

  30. The joy of salvation

  31. Jesus said : “...and surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”Mat.28:20b

  32. “The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call." Acts 2 : 39

  33. Now when He was through speaking, He said unto Simon, "Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draft.".”Luke 5: 4 !

  34. Our Goal : To feed them both spiritually…

  35. …and physically

  36. Together , we can win the nations for the Lord Jesus !

  37. Come and partner with us for the Glory of the Lord Jesus !

Support • Pray for more conversions • Pray for converts facing persecution • Repudiations, beating, deprivation… • Pray for Mission workers and families • You can give… • More Bible in French language • A car needed to reach people in remote location • Audio and video utilities, sound system for addressing the public • Electrical power generator need in areas where there is no electricity • Financial support for full-time mission workers living among the non-believers

  40. Power generator needed Many villages do not have electricity

  41. Bibles and literature needed ( French and local languages)

  42. The salvation of all these people depends on…
