  3. Recruitment • STEM-UP PA search book (Adapted from WISELI, University of Wisconsin-Madison) • Ran a 1 day regional workshop • Planning workshops on campus

Retention • Developing a Mentoring Network (adapted from Mizzou ADVANCE program at University of Missouri) • Executive Committee- comprised of two members from each grant partner • Orientation session • Structured mentor relationship • Setting goals for relationship • Monthly meetings • Attend core career advancement workshops together • Currently accepting applications for the first cohort

Advancement • Objective Analysis of Self and Institution Seminar (OASIS) in affiliation with Rutgers University • First Cohort 2012-2013- 11 women from 4 institutions • Workshops: • Understand and Cultivate your Style in Working and Leading Others • Negotiate Effectively in Work and Life: Concepts and Skills • Being Heard at the Leadership Table and Beyond • Creating Balance and Integrating Work and Life • Mentor Group Sessions • Individual Career Coaching • Follow-up breakfast planned for spring • Currently accepting applications for second cohort
