Mandatory TDAP Booster Shot BEFORE starting El Cerrito Middle School… • Please make sure you provide the school with your student’s immunization records which should include proof of TDAP. • California state law AB354 states: All students entering 7th through 12th grades need proof of an adolescent whooping cough booster shot (TDAP) BEFORE STARTING school. • You can give proof of TDAP immunization to your current CNUSD elementary school.

New ONLINE OPTION Your participation is greatly appreciated and completely optional • El Cerrito is piloting an online ELECTIVE COURSE selection process. • IF you would like to participate, you must currently have a student user name and password. • If you currently do not have a student user name and password, you will receive one during the next school year 2014-2015 at ECMS. • You do not need to participate in the online selection process at this time.
