The aim of a responsible social policy should be based on: • the respect for human dignity and freedom of an individual • help should be provided for specific purposes such as a bowl of soup, clothes, books, coal etc
Social help is granted in the cases of: POVERTY HOMELESSNESS DISABILITY BECOMING AN ORPHAN ADDICTIONS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE NATURAL DISASTERS UNEMPLOYMENT
