  2. How can I immigrate without a job offer using SINP? Canada has nine provinces and two territories that participate in the PNP. Saskatchewan is one of Canada’s provinces that participates. Saskatchewan is located in Western Canada and is a prairie province. The local economy is firmly based on agriculture and the region’s natural resources. An individual is required to have an active profile with the federal Express Entry system before applying. Saskatchewan Occupation In-Demand pathway The second stream is the Saskatchewan Occupation In-Demand pathway. It does not require a candidate to have an active Express Entry profile. The pathway is designed to attract skilled workers to fill labour market shortages in Saskatchewan. An applicant must have at least a year of work experience in one of the employ- ment positions on Saskatchewan’s Occupations In-Demand list to be eligible to apply. The province routinely gives out invitations through the two streams. So far this year, Saskatchewan has provid- ed 2,733 Saskatchewan Express Entry and 3,433 Occupations In-Demand candidates with invitations. In total, 6,166 candidates have been given invitations this year.
