  4. Walk throughs • All administrators do a school walk through monthly and communicate on what is being seen so we have a uniform standard for expectations • The Technology Coordinator is a member of that team so can see needs in equipment and professional development

High Quality Professional Development • Trainers take a district online class in adult needs for professional development-developed in Moodle onsite (Title II D) • Professional development creation aligned to need (Title I and IID) • Professional development contains the expectations the District has for effective classroom instruction K-12 (Title I and IID)

  6. Standardized professional development to align with Title I and Title II D • Evaluations • Participant and principal buy in • Distribution to all of Navajo County • Incorporating and distributing professional development in to IDEAL environment at the state level
