We are pleased to announce the launch of our Phone Tracking service - An innovative step towards providing the complete information for your shipments 24X7 over the IVRS ( Interactive Voice Response System). For your convenience, we have, in the following presentation, described the procedure for the most effective use of our system.

  4. Once you are connected: Follow the simple instructions over the IVRS and select from the options therein. A flow chart depicting the above is given for a better understanding of the entire system

  5. Once the selection is made, you will be asked to enter the numeric part of the job no. and press # E.g. If your Job No. is DRON – 07 – 12345, you will have to enter 0712345#. The system will read out the latest update of your shipment. You may press 1 to repeat status and 2 to track another shipment.

  6. At any point of time, if you may wish to speak to a customer service executive, press 0 (Mon-Sat – 10.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m.)
