AGM Law & Procedures • There must be one meeting held in each year.(Need not be First year of Incorporation) • At least 21 clear days’ notice shall be given for every general meeting. • Meeting shall be within prescribed time 9:00 am to 6:00 pm • It can be held on all days including on Sundays and public holidays but cannot be held on National Holidays . • It should be conducted at the place within City where the registered office of the company is situated.
