  2. Program History • Founded 1989 • Part of the NAIA and GSAC • I have been apart of the program for the last 14 years • 10 years as the Head Coach

  3. Current Status • 20 players • No players have a formal mentor • No guidance- academics, spiritual, and psychosocial

  4. Team Goals • Family atmosphere- caring, guiding, supporting etc. • Want to be a better support for the players • Help new players adjust to college • Provide guidance with academics, athletics, spiritual, and any psychosocial needs • Provide an avenue for players growth

  5. Belief • Creating a more well rounded person will also translate in a more complete soccer player.
