  1. Advanced Uranium Exploration & Development Projects in Niger, West Africa Presentation to the The First UK/USA-Niger Investment Forum, June, 2012 London, UK

  2. Global Atomic - Who we Are Typical landscape in the Tim Mersoi Basin 2

  3. Global Atomic - Who we Are • Global Atomic is a private, Canadian company, actively engaged in the exploration and development of uranium deposits in Niger, West Africa • Incorporated in January, 2005, by former executives of Denison Mines Limited, one of the world’s premiere uranium companies • Since signing its permit agreements in 2007, Global Atomic has worked diligently to unlock the uranium potential in the Tim Mersoi basin, near Agadez 3

  4. Global Atomic - Who we Are Global Atomic, by agreement with the Republic of Niger has a 90% interest, Niger has a 10% carried interest in: four contiguous uranium permits - Tin-Negouran 1, 2, 3 and 4 (the “TN Permits”); and two contiguous uranium permits known as Adrar Emoles 3 and 4 (the “AE Permits”). 4

  5. Global Atomic - Who we Are The six permits cover an area of approximately 3,000 square kilometres in the Tim Mersoi Basin The Tim Mersoi Basin is one of the world’s largest uranium basins and hosts all currently known uranium deposits in Niger Proven potential for large, “elephant size”, deposits are a reality…eg. Areva’s Imouraren deposit of over 300 million pounds of uranium oxide (U3O8) 5

  6. Global Atomic – Our Projects • AdrarEmoles 3 Permit • Dajy Area • Dasa open pit • Dasa/Dajy underground • AdrarEmoles 4 Permit • Isakanan • Underground/In situ leaching • Isakanan channel • Tin Negouran 1 – 4 Permits • Tagadamat open pit • Tegama channel – large paleo channel defined by drilling • Akenzigi – surface exploration

  7. Global Atomic – Our Projects Dasa 1, 2, 3 7

  10. New Discovery...Dasa Deeps • Discovery in the Graben at Dasa 3 • Recent drilling: • ASDH 248: from 256 to 281 m – 2092 ppm over 25 m • ASDH 254: from 307 to 350 m – 717 ppm over 43 m • including: from 315 to 335 m – 1182 ppm over 20 m • ASDH 307: from 437 to 467 m – 3486 ppm over 30 m • Drilling will continue to explore this new discovery with an initial resource estimate anticipated by year end 2012

  11. Global Atomic - Our Goals • Build a world class uranium mining company through: • Development of the TN and AE Properties; and • Acquisition of additional uranium projects in Niger and elsewhere in the world • Upon completion of a feasibility study in March 2013, Global Atomic plans to construct its first mine at Dajy/Dasa, with construction scheduled to begin in 2014 • Targeting a 2 million pound annual capacity ramping up to 5 million pounds per annum by 2020 • Additional deposits such as Isakanan, currently being drilled, will enter the construction and development phase after Dajy/Dasa 11

  12. Global Atomic - Our Goals • Direct employment for up to 500 people at the first mine site with indirect employment for between 3,500 and 4,000 people in Niger, in supporting roles including construction and suppliers • $300 million investment to build the first mine and facilities • Rank in the top 10 uranium companies globally once at full capacity and the second largest producer in Niger 12

  13. Global Atomic - Our Experience • Experienced management team - highly qualified uranium mining professionals with a strong mix of exploration, development and financing expertise • Experienced Board of Directors including Geologists, Mining Engineers and Financial Professionals • Experienced team of technical advisors with extensive background in the development, mining and marketing of uranium 13

  22. Republic of Niger - Land of Opportunity Development of uranium mines in Niger began in 1968 To date, the Government of Niger has granted approximately: 128 uranium exploration permits to over 30 companies from: Canada France United Kingdom United States South Africa Russia Australia India China 22

  23. Republic of Niger - Land of Opportunity The political situation in Niger has stabilized The new President, Mahamadou Issoufou elected in March, 2011, in elections that were widely perceived as fair, credible and peaceful. Solid understanding of mining National Director of Mines from 1980 to 1985 Became Secretary-General of the Mining Company of Niger Niger became compliant with the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) in March, 2011. 23
