FAST REFUND. כניסה דרך תפריט טורבו FAST REFUND → TICKETING → TURBO מזינים את השדות בהתאם ולוחצים על GO. לאחר סיום מילוי ה – MASK , מקבלים את תגובת המערכת לסיום הפעולה, יש לסגור את ה – PNR ב- + ER. יש לוודא בשדה הכרטוס בהזמנה T * מופיע מס' הכרטיס עם קוד של TR ( TICKET REFUND ).

  3. לאחר סיום מילוי ה – MASK, מקבלים את תגובת המערכת לסיום הפעולה, יש לסגור את ה – PNR ב- + ER.

  4. יש לוודא בשדה הכרטוס בהזמנה T * מופיע מס' הכרטיס עם קוד של TR (TICKET REFUND)

  5. קליק כפול על מס' הכרטיס או הקלדת הפורמט: WETR*T220……. (ETKT) WTDB*T220……. (PAPER TKT) סטטוס הכרטיס צריך להיות RFND
