Modify table: Add field Method 1: Add field after the last field. Click Design button at database toolbar windows Students Profile: Database, to display all the fields. Click icon design view Figure 1
2. Click field below icno (refer Figure 2) 3. Type in email inside the Field Name and select text as the Data Type. Figure 2 4. Save the record.

Modify form 1. Open Microsoft Access 2003 2. Click Open an Existing Database, then click file students profile and click OK. 3. In the database window, click Form and double click Create Form by using wizard. Step 2 Double Click Create Form by using wizard Step 1 Click Form Figure 6
4. Click double arrow to select Available Fields Click here Figure 7
The selected Fields will be remove from left to right. • Then click Next Click Next Figure 8

Importing Data • 1. Open Microsoft Access 2003 • 2. Create new database file • 3. Click file • 4. Click Get External Data • 5. Click Import
