Etiológia. vizeletpangás magas vizeletkoncentráció fertőzött vizelet. A húgyúti kövek összetétele. Ca oxalát (Weddellit, Whewellit ) Húgysav Struvit, karbonát-apatit Cystin Ritka kövek. Tünetek. Tompa deréktái fájdalom, colica Hematuria Vegetatív reflexjelenségek Láz, hidegrázás.

  5. Kezelés • Spontán kőtávozás • ESWL • PCNL • URS

  6. Veseüregrendszeri kövek kezelése: • UH-gal vezérelt ESWL • PCNL

  7. Ureterkövek kezelése • RTG vezérelt ESWL • Fertőzött vizelet esetén - PCN - DJ • URS

  8. Hólyagkövek kezelése • RTG vezérelt ESWL • Endoscopia -húgycsövön keresztül -cystostomán keresztül
