  7. CMMI Scales • Not performed  goals associated with the process area are not satisfied. • Perfomed  goals associated with the process area are satisfied. The work to be performed is explicit • Managed  goals associated with the process area are satisfied. In addition, there is a definition when each process should be used.(documented plans, resource management)

CMMI Scales • Defined  This level focuses on organisational standardisation and deployment. • Quantitatively managed  organisational responsibility to use statistical and quantitative methods. • Optimizing  organisation must use the process and product measurments to derive process improvements.
