  8. Work to complete in the next phase • Continue to adjust and improve the Gantt chart and WBS • Continue to improve and define the scope statement • Continue to research and choose potential design options • Begin developing database itself

What’s going well and why? • The project team website work went well and the use of it is increasing • The team collaborated well on choosing the design and content • The team is working well on drafting project documents by suggesting and revising until a final draft is approved by all team members • Communication is also going well and attendance at meetings is great

  10. Suggestions • Greater research into development software • Seek third party advice on best development strategy • Formalize and agree on final design and functions

  11. Project changes • All of the team members are going to have to improve their knowledge of database construction and coding in order to achieve the deliverables of this project.

  12. Summary • Project is on track and on time • Team working well together • Initiation and planning phases complete • Analysis and design is next • All team members are confident that this will be a successful project
