This Certificate is to assist The Family Banquet Table’s™ administrator in looking up and confirming official account information for any official purpose when visiting the Secured Food Supply Location referred to thereon, either for confirming a recent Secured Food Supply purchase transaction or else of making a Food Deposit Withdrawal from the Food Security Bank account of the Client. • Food Direct Ordering Procedure. The Order of any Food Direct Deposit may be made online at an authorized, secure website as is to be provided by The Family Banquet Table™ company such as “http://www.t-fbt.com” or else as may be provided for by an authorized T-FBT merchant. In order to assure that the client’s order is delivered and placed in the most efficient manner inside of the assigned Food Security Vault, the company takes care of the actual direct delivery of all of the items ordered at the time of the order, so that the only thing that the clients need to do is go to the Secured Food Supply Location and confirm for the Directly Deposited Food Items for themselves, as soon as they are notified that the Direct Delivery Deposit has been made. In order to prevent contamination of the Deposited Foods, all Food Deposits must be made Directly by the company, into the Secured Vaults, at all times.
The Family Banquet Table™ Account Rules, Regulations, and Requirements 4. Food Withdrawal Procedure. A phone appointment of one-hour in advance of arriving at the specified location is expected. Arriving at the specified location without notice may result in a wait of an hour or more before the Withdrawal Procedure will begin. Arrears owed on the client’s account, if any, must be settled before the Withdrawal Procedure may begin. To begin the Withdrawal Procedure, it is necessary that there be the secure identification of the client. This involves the presentment of the primary Certificate, or any additional Certificate, that was issued to the client as the result of the client’s actual order of a Secured Food Supply to be Directly Delivered to the specified location. While alternative security measures are included in the overall program, the Certificate itself provides the company’s location administrators the ability to begin the confirmation process that is to allow any further interaction to take place, whether it be to inspect and confirm the client’s present Secured Food Supply Status or to make an actual Secured Food Withdrawal from the specified vault. Once the Secured Status of the client has been carefully and indisputably recognized and the purpose of the visit has been cleared, the client is provided a particular vault key accessible only by that client, which will be required in combination with the administrator’s own equally held but separate vault key (no master key is to exist) in order to open the client’s Secured Vault for the purpose and duration of time specified in the visitor’s form as signed by the client. A Food Withdrawal load being made is removed, via pallet, etc., through the security dock.
The Family Banquet Table™ Account Rules, Regulations, and Requirements 5. The Secured Food Supply Benefit is Not being established for the purpose of providing for any person’s future commercial sales of Food, therefore, engaging in the sale of any or all of one’s Secured Food Supply, at any price, is prohibited. Any client engaging in such prohibited activity is subject by agreement to be enjoined, by injunction, from such activity, after which fine penalties may be imposed. 6. Transfer of the Entirety of the Secured Food Supply in one’s account to another Secured Food Supply location. The Family Banquet Table™ company will assist and cooperate with the client in locating another location closest to where the client has, or will have, need of the Secured Food Supply, in order that the client have the continued advantage of having the Secured Food Supply close by, as much as possible, in the event that a Food Shortage Crisis or other Economic Dilemma should occur, for which purpose the client’s Secured Food Supply has been established. Transfer to a private holding facility, if not to a qualified like secured holding facility, is to be verified as legitimately able to hold the Secured Supply Quantity in order to avoid the support of the potential to engage in commercial food sales activities not supported by The Family Banquet Table™ company.
The Family Banquet Table™ Account Rules, Regulations, and Requirements • Rotating of Food Items. Rotating Food Items may be performed either by Automatic Rotation or else by Upon Expiration Event By Event Procedure, as is to be determined at the time of the opening of the client’s account. Where Automatic Rotation is selected, the items that are, by their expiration dates of record, scheduled to expire, the affected items are to be automatically replaced with their like products until all of the affected have been brought up to date for the next Secured Time Period duration ordered for. • In the event that an item should be, for any reason, unavailable for replacement, the client may elect to allow for a substitute item of a similar nature, or the client may elect that the expiring item should not be replaced with any other item of any kind at all. As the expiring items are automatically replaced as a part of the Automatic Rotation process, their cost is to be automatically debited from the client’s provided financial account - from which a statement of invoice and receipt are to be provided the client at the client’s last address of record soon thereafter. • The expiring (not expired) items, unless the client objects thereto in writing, are to be donated to such qualified charitable cause(s) as the client may first decide that they should be donated to (at no fee cost to the client), for such credit at may be obtained by them thereon, or if no charitable cause is determined beforehand by the client, then the company reserves the right to determine the charitable cause, with the credit for such donation, if any, to go to the client nonetheless.

Where the Upon Expiration Event By Event Procedure of expiring items should be selected, it is to be the duty of the client to inform the company, not less than 5 business days prior to their expiration, of what to do with the expiring or else expired items. If the company is directed to donate the expiring items to a qualified charity within less than 20 days from the date of their scheduled expiration, a small fee may be charged for such service. If however the client waits until the expiring items are fully expired, a Waste Disposal Fee may be charged on the affected items based upon their overall weight, the distance required for final, lawful disposition, and the cost of their being manually disposed of in this manner. The Waste Disposal Fee will be charged to the client’s ongoing account, to be settled prior to the next succeeding transaction between the company and the client. 8. Updating or Upgrading of Food Items or Account Status. From time to time, the client may elect to Update one or more Secured Food Items within the list of Items contained in the client’s contracted for Food Security Vault. Updating one or more Food Items simply means changing one particular food item for a different one, whether by type, brand, size (by weight or volume), or content, yet still maintaining the same number of items list and overall containment ability in doing so. Ordinarily, if there are only a few items being Updated on an occasional basis, there won’t be a service charge for such service, but will be limited to the cost paid for the items themselves only.
The Family Banquet Table™ Account Rules, Regulations, and Requirements # 8 Continued. Upgrading an Account Status refers to a much greater process of actually changing the account itself to a number of different options than the one currently established, instead. Upgrading an Account Status may therefore involve, for example, the changing of the Account from a Six Month Secured Supply Vault to a 1 Year, or 2 Years, or 5 Years Vault size (or reversely, downsizing from a larger Supply Vault size to a smaller one) in order to increase (or decrease) one’s existing volume of Secured Food Supply to one that the client believes will serve their own personal family interests more precisely than before. In addition to the Upgrading of an Account Status by the change of the contracted for Secured Food Vault size, Upgrading also involves (where available) changing from the size of the Secured Vault itself to a different type of Secured Vault altogether. A Secured Vault Type Change, for example, would be the change from a Dry Vault to a Refrigerated Vault, the cost of which would be much greater for the obvious reason of recognizing that the cost of a Refrigerated Vault would be more for maintenance of same than a Dry Vault, or Unrefrigerated Vault would be. Another form of Secured Vault Type Change might involve changing from the type of General Food items Content allowed by a standard Secured Food Vault location to a Secured Vault Location allowing for restricted items (where allowed by law), such as a limited amount of alcoholic beverages, based upon a client’s particular personal beliefs as to such items’ consumption, of which no excessive amount, no matter the client or the amount to be paid there-for, would be allowed.
The Family Banquet Table™ Account Rules, Regulations, and Requirements 9. Support of Vault Temperature Maintenance. In some climates the use of certain containers by some products may produce a Secured Supply Maintenance Hazard from changes of temperatures from hot, above 100 degree temperatures, to freezing, or below zero temperatures, creating a potential for a damage to all or part of the Secured Food Supply contained in the Secured Food Vault, which Food Damage, in addition to it being a direct contamination of the Secured Food Supply itself, also creates the necessity for the internal scrubbing down cleanup and resanitizing of the Secured Food Vault itself, in order that the sanitization standard required of each Secured Food Vault might be ever maintained according to established standards established by The Family Banquet Table™ company for the benefit of all of the company’s patrons, or clients. Consequently, the inclusion of Food Items in glass and carbonated containers which may be approvable for some climates may not be allowable in others. This condition will generally be determined on the ability of the Food Security Bank location’s ability to provide for a level cost of heating and cooling of all of the Secured Food Vaults therein according to the building design capability of the designated Food Security Bank location contracted with. While the general design of most Food Security Bank locations involve an around the year temperature of between 40 to 65 degrees, some climates may cause this planned schedule of temperatures to not be cost effective and therefore not maintainable - except the majority of its clients agree to pay the additional energy costs of keeping the Secured Food Supply at the desired level throughout each continuing year.
The Family Banquet Table™ Account Rules, Regulations, and Requirements • Closing of One’s Food Security Bank account. The closing of any client’s Secured Food Supply Account, which shall be presumed to occur at any time a request is made to remove most or all of the Secured Food Supply remaining, shall require that all balances owed to the company by the client shall be paid in full. In most cases, payment for all services in advance will be the expected requirement, however in some cases there may be additional costs that arise for which the company has not been compensated up to the time of the closing of the client’s account at the desired time. • The equivalent to what may be described as a “mechanic’s lien,” called a “chattel lien,” is to be considered as placed against the entire Secured Food Supply remaining in the Secured Food Vault until any fee balance owed to the company has been paid in full, without recourse. • As long as the client’s account balance has been paid in full and there does not appear to be any prohibited commercial activity involving the use of the Secured Food Supply for a monetary vice-gain purpose, such as during the occurrence of a known Food Shortage or else an Economic or Monetary Failure, then the closing of the client’s account may be closed at any time the arrangement to close such account is scheduled for, following an instant review of the client’s account justifying the same.
The Family Banquet Table™ Account Rules, Regulations, and Requirements • Opening Additional Accounts.
