Objectives Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant & Timebound goals to measure progress • Raise the profile of ACO membership to encourage additional active members each year. • Ensure an education and development pathway exists that enables every official to achieve their own potential. • Work with our key stakeholders to maintain and grow ACO membership numbers year-on-year. • Review volunteer workforce roles and responsibilities to ascertain that we have the right people in the right roles with the required skill sets. Strategies • Agree strategic objectives & delivery plans with key stakeholders (ECB, CCBs, Leagues, MCC). Provide membership packages and services that people are proud to recommend. Appoint fittingly across the recreational game. The direction we will take to achieve the Mission & Objectives Scoring Membership Services ECB & Key Stakeholders Performance & Development Lead the development of affordable, high quality education and membership resources that retain existing and encourage new Scorer members. Education Appointments Provide easy access to an affordable, high quality, progressive education programme. • Guide BSMs to support CCBs to identify, recruit and retain more officials. Support and develop umpires to enable them to perform at their maximum potential.
