  7. PRODUCTIVITY IN ACCOMPLISHMENT OF GOALS

  8. COMMITMENT TO TRADITIONAL VALUES

  9. ADJUSTMENT TO THE CHALLENGES OF LIFE

  10. FACT: Good teaching doesn’t guarantee proper learning. That’s where the “Laws of Learning” come in!

  11. NOT “Is my child being taught?” BUT “Is my child learning?” SO, THE QUESTION THEN IS:

  12. THE LAWS OF LEARNING • Students must be at a level where they can perform successfully. • Goals must be reasonable. • Learning must be controlled, and students must be motivated. • Learning must be measured. • Learning must be rewarded.

  13. SO, Why are some schools failing?

  14. And Eject Discipline They remove Values

  15. They Wink at Cheating And Smirk at Prayer

  16. They Fail at Phonics And Pass on Illiteracy

  17. They Promote Sex And Flunk Virtue

  18. They win at Sports And Lose at Reasoning

  19. They Require Compliance And Reward Mediocrity

CONDITIONS • Parents must take responsibility for the education of their child. • Parents must see that their student is educated under an adequate philosophy of education. • Parents must insist that the method of their student’s education be designed to meet his/her needs as a unique individual. • Parents must determine that their student will take responsibility for his/her learning and be inspired to learn.
