  3. Disclaimer What is discussed today is informational only, meant to assist interested teams in the pursuit of this project. The ultimate requirements will be included in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) & Request for Proposals (RFP). Addendums and clarifications may be issued for the RFQ. There may be changes to the scope between now and the time the RFP is issued.

Conflicts of Interest Firms listed in Section 2.7 are confirmed conflicts of interest Not an all inclusive list • Need to follow MnDOT Design-Build Approach to Conflict of Interest Different Appendix C Requirements • Do not need to provide all contracts with MnDOT • Include contract relationships with MnDOT and other key stakeholders within the Project and a 3 mile radius since 2002.
