  2. IFCA – Copenhagen March 2005 AIR CATERER MUNICH The history & origin of Air Caterer Munich : In 1958 on the premises of today`s headoffice a cheese retail and delicatessen store was founded. The company „ Weidner Käse“ is the founding company of the Weidner Holding.

  3. IFCA – Copenhagen March 2005 AIR CATERER MUNICH Until today the founding company is still a major player in the region. In the main store of our headquarter we store more than 3.000 sorts of Cheese and further dairy products. With nearly 50 years of experience on the food sector we have enormous experience in storage, production and handling of all food related issues.

Due to the big success and reputation of these stores „Gourmet“ was asked in 1982 to cater quality products to aircraft`s at Augsburg Airport. „ Airport Gourmet“ was founded – the beginning of our Inflight Experience

  6. IFCA – Copenhagen March 2005 AIR CATERER MUNICH In the year 2000 the complete fleet from Augsburg Airways - still member of TEAM LUFTHANSA – was positioned at Munich International Airport, giving Augsburg Air Caterer the chance to move along. Air Caterer Munich was born.
