He worked to manage the human resource needs right from recruiting, on boarding, professional development, performance, and retention. Currently, he is the founder and Chief Executive Officer at 6W Group. Besides, he is aimed at creating solutions that help initiate and grow flourishing businesses. This group offers services including strategy and business process management that includes business planning, defining capabilities, and business integration.
