Besides, he is capable of resolving the multiple and complex issues and motivating staff to peak performance. Besides, he makes use of his keen analysis, insights and team approach to drive the organizational improvements and implementation of best practices. Formerly working as a Senior Partner at Neo@Ogilvy, Steve managed North American finance and operations in multiple offices. He was responsible for the financial stewardship of all the clients and markets within North America.
