Gather/Disseminate Information to UCEDDs • 3 regular email blasts (funding, announcements, resources) • AUCDigest(shorter & linked to website) • AUCD Directory & AUCD Web portal • Bio’s and Areas of Interest – very helpful • Publish UCEDD “best practices” identified by ADD through MTARS • URC website
Implement Structured TA Activities • Individual onsite visits – Thanks for the generosity of expert consultants from network • Targeted TA • 2 sessions at the 2007 AUCD annual meeting • 2 webinars on research programs • The Foundation panel later today • ADD TA Institute – thanks to planning group • New Data Coordinators orientation

NTI Consultant Meeting • Purpose • Supported the convening of stakeholders to identify unmet needs that could be addressed through National Training Initiative grants • Resulted in an RFP for two projects: • Consortium to Scale-up Self-Determination • Consortium to Enhance Post-secondary Education Opportunities for Youth and Young Adults with Developmental Disabilities
Maintain NIRS for UCEDD Annual Reporting • Enhance and Maintain NIRS • Streamline and Maintain annual report function • Provide TA to NIRS users HEAR NO DATA SEE NO DATA SPEAK NO DATA

Looking Ahead • Current contract ends September 30 • Anticipate successful competition for new contract beginning October 1, 2008 • Time for additional new & exciting ideas!
