Alternative 1 Development Review Committee (DRC) Made up of city staff Preliminary Review Development Review Committee (DRC) Made up of city staff 2nd and additional review as needed Planning and Zoning Board Members are appointed by the City Commission Also serve as the Local Planning Agency Approval of site plan and all necessary development actions

Alternative 2 Development Review Committee (DRC) Made up of city staff Preliminary Review Development Review Committee (DRC) Made up of city staff 2nd and additional review as needed Final approval of site plan if no other actions are needed Planning and Zoning Board Approval of all actions if variances, special exceptions or assignment of units/s.f. are necessary
