  4. Qualitative Data • Data that is non-numerical data rich in detail and description • Examples • Student use surveys • Focus groups • One-on-one key informant interviews

  5. Anecdotal Data • Antidotal is information gathered based on casual observations or indications rather than rigorous or scientific analysis • Examples • Stories • Personal observation
