Downtown Motorpool • New consolidated downtown motorpool paradigm: • Consolidate pools, increase utilization, decrease costs, introduce new reservation technology • Reduce motorpool size 34%, scalable plan that works whether we start with 100 or 25 vehicles • Purchase more vehicles for younger, cheaper, greener fleet • Less cars, More user friendly, Less Cost, More value
