  4. Requirements • Hardware: any server, workstation possible too if it can be left on • DBMS: Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Express (free) or Standard ($614) • GIS: ArcGIS & Enterprise ArcSDE 9.2+ • IT Security: SQL admin rights, service account in Active Directory
