What are your entrepreneurial aspirations over the next 12 MONTHS? I realised the amount of time needed to write content was preventative in terms of my individual project. Importantly, the opportunity cost of continuing it rather than being in paid employment meant that it remains on the back burner. Bootstrap a new venture.I want to launch my video storytelling into a not for profit business/magazine. Establish blog as a community enterprise, solidify management structure and make more money. To explore doubling circulation of existing project, seeing issues reach break-even/profit point. To stimulate a Business Management Tips programme on TV, radio and the newspapers. I want launch my website in 12 months. My project was a little different to the others in the room in being fully funded, and that is about to come to an end. I am considering working freelance afterwards. Launch our first online platform for a niche market. Cultivate a loyal online community. Encourage conversations within our marketplace. I need a business partner, a good business plan and investment. Get the UX design concepts into something more tangible and ready to launch - do have some issues around news to sort out. To take my website to the business stage. I have had a very difficult year.. I'm re-thinking my ideas. We are planning to launch a new combined online ecommerce platform, social network and media channel. I don't think my idea is financially viable, so none. To revise, refine and re-launch the project. Having made enough revenue to build and develop my website, it needs a period of content and network building as well as a tweak in direction. To become a self-supporting business.
