Region IV – CCHN, HCP, RH, RCID & THPViral Load Suppression • Activities: • Cleaned up data • MCMs used a variety of techniques to increase patient adherence to HAART • RCID QM Team identified patients who were not suppressed and not suppressed with a low CD4 count for additional f/u by clinic staff and/or MCM • Trend Data: • HCP – 57%, 100% & 50%, 92% & n/a • Rand Hosp – 79%, 100%, 100% • RCID – 74%, 77%, 78% • THP – 53%, 75%, 78%
