Cardiovascular System When you are skiing, your heart rate goes up as you skiing down the slope or even carry the ski equipment.
Excretory System As you go down a hill in your layers of clothes, you will find that you start to get hot and sweat. This is you bodies way of cool off.
Respiratory System When skiing, you breath more because of the less oxygen in the air and the fact you are exercising intensely.
Skeletal System When skiing, you use your bones so you can balance and not fall as much.
Digestive System Before you ski you need to drink lots of water and some fat so you have the energy you need.
Nervous System You need the nervous system for even putting your boots on to even get outside! You need it to tell you to turn, jump, go faster ecs.
Immune System When you are skiing, your immune system protects you from any sicknesses you could get in the air or on the lift.
