Procedure to Assess Resident Fish Losses • Evaluated Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks’ methodology for assessing losses due to inundation and operations • RFAC lacked consensus • Result: Recommend an amendment to issue an RFP to develop a procedure • - not at the expense of on-going projects • - RFAC will select the individual • - develop one assessment for use throughout the Basin
