Charge for next meeting • We will break into three groups: Student Life, Academic Services, and First Year Seminar • Each group will pull together old ideas and generate new ideas about the programs that can deliver the student learning outcomes for the UMW First Year Experience • Each group will provide detailed descriptions of these programs • Each group will explicitly link program and process ideas to specific learning outcomes

As we do this we will organize around existing program structures that will serve the First Year Experience. The three existing structures are student life, academic services, and the first year academic programs.
