  2. Interactive metronome therapy is one of the many ADHD treatments that have a history of mixed results. I had a friend whose children went through the program and she found that it helped her children tremendously. The treatment consists of a computer program that gives you cues that you must respond to in a set amount of time. The response time is assessed and the patient is given feedback to improve their response time.
