  3. How does it help my chapter? • Cuts down on the time and effort it takes to print, stuff and mail the invitations • Allows officers more time to focus on more important things, like the initiation ceremony The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi

  4. Timeline for Fulfillment Orders • Place your order by the 15th and 30th of each month (earlier if those dates fall on a weekend/holiday) • It takes 5 days to process (from the 15th/30th) • Depending on your area of the country, allow 5-10 business days for delivery of the invitations • You should aim to have your invitations in the hands of your students no later than 6 weeks before your initiation • Give invitees enough time to respond and plan to attend the ceremony The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi
