Our Solution IFC** Communication Communication Our solution is to efficiently organize the current Indiana University Greek rush system by centralizing & organizing recruitment data, using this data as a tool to better the current recruiting process, and increasing communication between all actors involved. *Potential New Member = PNM **Interfraternity Council = IFC Access/Edit Recruitment Data Access/Edit Access/Edit Rush Chair PNM* Communication

Potential New Members (PNMs) • Pre-Registration Prior To Dunn Meadow Event (or Register At Centralized Tent) • Can Modify Profile Information Accessed By Organizations • Can Message Organizations To Express Interest Or Ask Questions • Can Preference Houses of Interest • Can Receive/Accept/Decline Invitations To Private & Public Events • Can Provide Feedback To GoGreek Recruiting Team • Can Take Private Notes On Events, Houses of Interest, Others They Have Talked To, etc. • Can Invite Friends to Join GoGreek Recruiting • Can Confirm Bid Status As Either Accepted/Rejected

Greek Organizations • Profile Controlled by Rush Chairman • Pre-Registration Prior To Dunn Meadow Event • Can Modify Organization Profile Information Accessed By PNMs • Can Message PNMs To Express Interest or Give Extra Information • Can Preference PNMs of Interest • Can Create/Give Invitations To Private/Public Events • Can Provide Feedback To GoGreek Recruiting Team • Can Take Private Notes On Events, PNMs of Interest, Others They Have Talked To, etc. • Can Invite Friends to Join GoGreek Recruiting • Can Confirm Bid Status As Either Accepted/Rejected
