  9. Order • Order authorizing the purchase of an E42 Bobcat Compact Excavator and HB980 Hydraulic Breaker from American Rent-All in the total amount not to exceed $47,333.95 through the NJPA cooperative purchasing program.

  10. Order • Order accepting the sole source proposal from Utilities Forestry Services, Inc. in the amount of $14,837.00 to provide herbicide treatment for the flood control levees and tributaries.

  11. Order • Order accepting the proposal of New World Systems to provide additional software and implementation services for the upgrade of the AS/400 Enterprise Suite to the New World Logos.NET Licensed Standard Software; authorizing the Mayor to execute an Additional Software License Agreement; and authorizing the Comptroller to amend the Purchase Order as required for certain costs and expenses.

  12. Order • Order authorizing the sole source purchase of a used 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Work Truck from Blue Knob Auto Sales, in the amount of $27,998.00.
