Project Timing The demolition will take place in two distinct phases: • Decommissioning Phase III (Drain & Dry) Q1 2019 – Q3 2019 • Remove oils & hazardous materials / chemicals and air gap power and fuel • Conduct full abatement survey for hazardous materials • Demolition Phase IV (All above ground structures) Q1 2020 – Q4 2021 • Abatement of asbestos , lead paint, etc • Utilize available demoed concrete for backfill • Railcars used to remove recyclable materials • Turnkey Contractor to perform work

Encina Demolition Scope • Demo Permit Under Jurisdiction of CA Energy Commission • Notifications – FAA, Abatement SDAPCD • Water Supply • Ministerial Permits - wastewater, storm water, etc. • Demo stack – No implosion • 3rd party Communications (e.g., satellite dishes) Removed by 2020 Q1 • Retain Concrete Onsite for Future Fill • Demo Buildings to Grade – after Poseidon Phase I Completion • Abatement of Hazmat (asbestos, lead paint, etc.) • Fill once-through-cooling (OTC) channels & basement • Remove aboveground structures • Use rail spur for material haul out if economically feasible and approved
