NHD Guidelines and Deadlines • Answer the following questions: • Who is the leader you plan to study? • How did this person or group inspire others to follow? • What is their legacy? • Revise project proposal. • Create a timeline of checkpoints for your project to keep you on track. • Assign jobs, roles, and responsibilities. • Begin research, writing, rough layout, etc. • Visit the National Archives for research! List at least five sources you plan to use for your project. http://www.archives.gov/atlanta/finding-aids.html

  2. Due October 31: • Revised project proposal. • Timeline of project checkpoints • Jobs, roles, and responsibilities for each group member. • List of at least five sources you plan to use for your project. MUST include primary sources! • Rough sketch of exhibit, outline for research paper, or rough draft for script.
