  2. Conceptual Physics • Starter: get out SMQ sheet • Give back learning target progress track sheet – remember to fill it out at the end of class • Today’s Learning Targets: 3-5 • SMQ • Continue new unit: Vectors and Projectile Motion

  3. Astronomy • Starter: get out SW/APOD sheet and video response sheet • SW/APOD • Finish Video: The Ancient Maya • Purpose: To explore the astronomical contributions of an ancient culture.

  4. 3rd Period Chemistry • Starter: get out #2 pencil and non-graphing scientific calculator • Exam: good luck!  • Post test: reading (this is for a grade – choose your own reading material) • Exam: tomorrow • Go over more lab safety rules • Lab safety rules due Monday

  5. Advanced Physics • Starter: turn in hmkw; get out SMQ sheet; complete the following problem in your notes: • A bike car takes 0.50 hours to travel from mile marker 75 to mile marker 183.
