Initiatives • Ensure Professional Learning Communities are focused on student learning district wide. • Develop new principals • Implement new principal evaluation tool as required by the legislature • Passage of Operating Levy • Begin planning and initial implementation of secondary programming restructure • Provide insight and advice to board and negotiators • Continue to work on relationships throughout the district.
