Draw on the experience of previous LSPs Maintain a network of legal experts who can provide legal advice on request, both on the themes of the pilots as well as on general, cross-sector EU legislation Along with sector knowledge, incorporate horizontal legal expertise, related to the great principles and the wide-encompassing instruments of EU law, such as the Services Directive Explore the horizontal regulations applicable to eGovernment in each participating country, as well as the applicability of the Administrative Cooperation articles included in the Lisbon Treaty to the field of eGovernment Monitor legislative developments at EU and national level 1.
