  2. Nuoro (Nùgoro) is a townsituated in the central-eastern part of Sardinia(Italy), atthe footof the Ortobene Mountain. NUORO The Nuoro countryside was one of the centre of the Nuragic Civilization (which developed in Sardinia from c. 1500 BC to c. 250 BC).
