Context; Why Traceability?أهمية التتبع • Consumers; Consumers today want to know exactly what is in their food, what is done to it by whom and where it comes from. • ISO 22005 Standards; 1st Edition – 2007-07-15: • A traceability system is a useful tool to assist an organization operating within a feed and food chain to achieve defined objectives in a management system. • The choice of a traceability system is influenced by regulations, product characteristics and customer expectations. • The complexity of the traceability system can vary depending on the features of the product and the objectives to be achieved. • Implementations: In response, many countries are introducing traceability requirements records that track all links in the food supply chain, from farmers to processors to retailers to consumers • المستهلك: يحتاج المستهلك معرفة مايحتوية الغذاء ، من أين جاء وماذا تم عليه من عمليات • معايير الأيزو: معايير دولية تنظم وتحدد الشروط الرئيسية لإدارة نظم سلسلة التغذية والغذاء طبقا لإحتياجات المستهلك والعناصر المكونة للغذاء. • التطبيق: تسعي دول كثيرة لتطبيق وإدارة نظم التتبع لمتابعة سجلات سلاسل الغذاء المختلفة وربطها مع بعضها البعض من المزرعة حتي المائدة.
